Pennsylvania Scale Company is excited to announce the addition of Jon Richwine as our new Sales & Service Representative.

Jon brings over 25 years of experience in account management and customer service, having worked with respected organizations such as RR Donnelley and LSC Communications. His background includes managing nationally recognized publishing accounts like Reader’s Digest and TV Guide, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional customer care and long-term support.

In his new role, Jon will focus on assisting our valued customers with product selection, technical support, and application solutions—further strengthening our commitment to delivering responsive, knowledgeable, and personal service at every step.

A proud native of Lancaster County, Jon lives in Conestoga, PA with his wife—alongside a few deer, wild turkeys, and plenty of backyard wildlife. A lifelong sports fan, Jon enjoys Penn State football, Phillies baseball, and has traded his catcher’s mitt for cornhole, golf, and horseshoes. When not rooting for his teams, you’ll find him landscaping, cooking, or hosting family and friends.
